Boys night out!

After a long week of work and school the boys are having a guys weekend. Friday night they are planning on a supper out at Boston Pizza, their new favorite. Pending what movies are playing they are going to take in a movie after supper. They are a little concerned because there isn't too many movies out right now they all want to see so they are awaiting the schedule. Saturday they are heading for a swim trip with the kids youth group. That should be lots of fun for them, hopefully the weather is decent because they want to get the bikes out and get them tuned up for summer and also we have parts to fix our trampoline and basket ball net. It should be a busy weekend.

Another Crazy Weekend is starting

Well it must be Friday because I feel a nutty weekend coming on again. Hubby is working tonight and I have to be all over the place with the kids. Jay has to go bowling at 3:45, than I have to take Trin and her friend to dance for 4pm. After I drop them off its back to the bowling to pick up Jay and friend to go to a basketball tournament at 5:30 which is about 45 minutes away from bowling. I had to make arrangements for Trin to go with her friend afterwards because I can't make it back to pick her up. On top of all that I am expecting a call from work to go in later as one of my co-workers is expected to be sick again tonight and it leaves them short. I know one thing for sure I will be exhausted tonight, and tommorrow doesn't get better as it's more basketball on top of the boys dance classes and me working tommorrow night, at least hubby is off to help me with the runnign and we have 2 vehicals now. On the bright side I and hubby are off on Sunday :0)

THE WEEKEND IS HERE....

The weekend is finally here and I am going to take the night off from running on the treadmill. Jay my oldest son is off at his friends house for the night so we sat down earlier with the younger three kids and played a short game of Pet Shop Monopoly! When I returned Jays game to the video store I noticed that I am Legend was in (Matt wanted it last weekend but they were all taken) so I rented it for tonight. I am exhausted so I will be watching this movie in bed with a late night snack....shame on me first I skip the running and now a Donair. Trust me I will no doubt make up for it running in the morning. I will try my best to get new post on my other blogs. It has just been so crazy around here lately (whats new) that my head is spinning and I need some down time.

What a Weekend!

Finally it is over! For going to have a pretty quiet Easter weekend it turned out to be non stop busy but full of fun :o) Trinity and I both had wonderful birthdays and we all had a great Easter and we got to share this all with my little sister you came to visit us from back home.

Saturday we had my other sister (from home) and her family over for a little get together for Trinity's birthday then we headed in to see Horton Hears a Who at the movie theatre, well it was Matt the two younger boys and myself and my sister Robin, Trinity and Jay went to see College Road Trip. It was fun and the movies were great! Later that night we sat at the table for a game of Dominoes! We taught the kids a new game and we had a great time and us girls ended up losing :( oh well, maybe next time! Just before midnight it was off to bed for everyone!

Sunday morning brought the screams of excitement from Blake over 1 Easter egg that he found on my dresser. He didn't see all the other ones which bought us some time to stay in bed :) and since it was my birthday I thought it would be nice to get a couple extra minutes of sleep! Finally he spotted more eggs and the egg hunt began. It was getting close to lunch time and my sisters got on the road heading back home and we packed up and Matt and the kids took me out to Swiss Chalet for the best roasted chicken ever! Not a bit of food went to waste which is a surprise with my kids! Back home and I got us (hubby and myself) into another renovation project in Jay's room starting to make him a closet....what a mess...

So now that the weekend is over....it is time to get things back to normal around here !

Well I am ready for the weekend. The mess from the flooded washing machine is cleaned up for the second time so we can look forward to our weekend with hopefully no more mishaps...
