Capella is an accredited, fully online University based in Minneapolis where a PhD student named superintendent, Teresa Chaulk is pursuing a doctorate in adult learning. On October 16, 2007, Teresa chaulk was named superintendent of Lincoln County School District Number One in Wyoming where she began her new role on July 1.
Teresa says she is honored by this opportunity and is looking forward to continuing to serve the teachers and students of that district. Close to 85 percent of Capella's students are pursuing master's or PhD degrees.
