A new Spark

Looking for a new outlet for your social networking, recently launched is a new website that was specially designed to bring advertisers together with bloggers to create spread the word about their campains. SocialSpark was designed by the experts at Izea and after a short period of invitation only membership it was recently opened up for the general blogging public to submit their own blogs for approval into the system. The uniques design offers different groups of opportunites from other posting sites, with sponsored posts that are developed by advertisers. There are also blog sponsorships available where you can submit to have a patch set up on your blog for a daily rate for a set period of time which fullfills the advertisers wants. The third opportunity is called a Spark and it has opportunities to work on that bring that social aspect to things. You can also request friends and build relationships with other Social Spark users which I find a really fun feature. It's relaxing when you get an opportunity because you have 12 hours to complete and submit which allows you to spend quality time on preparing your post. One of my favorite bloggers on Social Spark is Matt my husband and partner. He got me hooked on Social spark and showed me all the great ways I can make money using my blog.

A MINUTE TO MYSELF....

I have gone none stop again all day and finally I have time to sit down for a couple of minutes so why not take advantage and get some much needed blogging caught up. Today is hubby's birthday and of course he has to work tonight so when he was home for supper we had a quick party for him. The kids decorated the house and got his gifts ready ( new clothes for the treadmill and much needed pj bottoms). I made spaghetti and Caesar salad and of course for dessert was his birthday cake and we each had our own little container of smarties ice cream. The kids thought that was the coolest! I did take him out to Pizza Delight for lunch before work (he ate free!) Here it is now only 5:30pm and I have the supper/party mess all cleaned up and the kids are in their pj's and ready for bed but we have a bit of time to put in until then so I think they will play the Nintendo Wii for a bit and I will do some more cleaning then it's off to the treadmill again. I guess I should call my mother to see how she is making out with her LA weight loss. She joined a few days ago and I am curious to hear all about it. Other than being busy as usual their isn't much to talk about. I will post again later :0)

I want to apologize for not getting to visit many of your blogs today. If you read my earlier posts concerning my oldest son I'm sure you will completely understand. I am hoping to get by to visit you all tomorrow but first we have and appointment at the school in regards to the in school suspension then it's off the our appointment with the bank...that one, well I guess both appointments are making me nervous and to top it all off Jay tells me that we are to expect bad weather for the next two days and I hate travelling far on messy, slippery roads.

So please bare with me here and I'm sure in no time I will have my life straightened out again. I am still thinking of you all . You are the best!

***AN EXCITING WEEKEND...

Yes this was an exciting weekend for me with visiting with my family and all but checking my page rank and finding out it went up to a page rank of 3 was the icing on the cake! I guess all that hard work paid off and with my new page rank I now have a list of opportunities to choose from and will no doubt keep me hard at work. What a great feeling. Thank you to everyone who takes the time to visit my blogs. So I am back home from our weekend and looking forward to a great week.

ARGUS IS ON ITS WAY

If you are already a member of Pay Per Post and even if you aren't then get ready for the biggest thing to hit blogging since Pay per post. Argus is coming! If you don't already now this then I will explain. Payperpost is getting ready to launch Argus into private alpha at posti.com. So what is Argus you are probably wondering?

Argus just isn't an upgrade to Payperpost.com but it's a completely new concept that is a different approach than their current site. Argus is so much more than sponsored posts, with a whole new way for bloggers and advertisers to interact. If you are a current payperpost user you will find the layout of this new site to be completely different with new rules and changes to increase the value the platform can provide. Argus will be launched under a new name and domain.

You are probably as worried as I was about payperpost and it's future but it's not going anywhere. You will still be able to take opportunities like always and once the new sit is open all existing PPP members will have e a chance to go with Argus before it goes live to the public. I am looking forward to this new change and i am sure it will bring great opportunities to the advertising and blogging community. Get ready for the exciting launch of Argus for great and new opportunities for the future. Are you getting excited? I know I am!

***CELEBRATING 100!

I thought that I would take a minute and celebrate my 100th job opportunity taken from PPP! After the way the past few days have gone I didn't think I was going to make here LOL!

Now let's just hope for another 100 to celebrate once again :0)

***MONTH 2 WITH PPP!

I am just a few days away from going on to my second month with PPP and I am happy to say that I'm sticking with it, although I have my days that I get really frustrated with having no opps but today seems to be going pretty good. Now if I could only get my page rank to go up. I don't know what else I can do to help this along? I'm already spending hours on the computer with blog catalogue, visiting other blogs and building a community of friends. Maybe patience is all I need. LOL If anyone out there has any tips to offer me It would be much appreciated!

***$50.00 PPP OPPORTUNITY?

So any of you out there doing blog ads for PPP has probably come across some $50 opps. Well I have and do you think that I would ever be able to get one reserved....forget about it. I figured if it's to good to be true then it probably is. I mean come on $50 for what 300 words. NOT LIKELY! Well it really is true! I was fortunate enough the other day to get one reserved and submitted it and yesterday it came back approved! I couldn't believe it, it sure beats all the $5 opps I've been getting. Now if I am only lucky enough to catch another opportunity like that.

***WELCOMING A NEW FRIEND

I have just recently added Ana from Filipina Isle to my list of blogging friends. I came across her blog the other day through PPP on the "blog of the day". She loves to blog and enjoys meeting and making new friends. I enjoyed my time over at her blog and it's always nice to have another friend to add to my circle in the blogging community.

***I'M IN A SLUMP...

O.k. so what in the you know where is going on here with PPP. There hasn't been any new opps (o.k I missed 3 but they were overnight while I was sleeping) since Thursday, this has been the longest ever since I've had nothing to do, I hope the opps get better and more of as my page rank goes up, this is discouraging and I'm finding myself wasting my days running to the computer looking to get an opportunity. The weekends are usually slower so I will see what tomorrow brings and for right now I am going to walk away from the computer until the kids are in bed. (watch I'll miss some opps!)
