6 EXTRA GIRLS....

Trinity hasn't had her friends over for her birthday yet and finally we found time for her to invite 6 of her closest friends over for a sleep over Friday night. We are going to buy Trinity the "Enchanted Movie" to watch when they head off to bed and I'm sure they will put the Disney Dance Revolution game to the test along with Karaoke! You can just imagine how happy my 12 year old son is over this...I'm sure by Friday he will have plans to stay at his friends house for the night. Hey if anyone has any suggestions on things to do with the girls to keep them entertained let me know...this is Trinity's first big sleep over! Will there be any sleep involved? LOL

WHAT HAVE I JUST GOT MYSELF INTO?....

So it's Friday night and the kids are obviously home from school and as usually Jay made plans to hang out with his friend Matthew for the night and this week I guess it's going to be here. No big deal I can handle those two. So before he gets here I had to take Trinity and Kohl to Hip Hop classes tonight then finally arrived back home. Ring...Ring...So I answer the phone and it's Taylor for Trinity. Yep another sleep over! So it's going to be a full house and hubby is working until 10:00pm. But again I can handle things. (who am I kidding here) I am expecting both kids to arrive shortly so I am going to get blogging finished up and get the computer shut down for the night. You know what can happen when to many kids get at a computer....CRASH! Wish me luck..I'm going to need it :0)

One of the first things I do once the kids are off to school if not before...is to sit at the computer and do some blog hopping to see what new in the lives of some good blogging friends. They have become a part of my family and I find myself thinking of them many times through out the day, whether it's wonder how they are making out with their weight loss or what's new with their families or did Anne have her little baby girl yet. I look forward to getting my daily dose every morning from all these special blogs.

***HOME IN TIME...

My oldest son Jay has just spent the last 2 nights at his best friends house. They have a great time together and his friends mother just loves having Jay there...she says it works out great for her because when Jay is there her 2 boys don't fight with each other and all 3 boys get along great together and no one gets left out. Well Jay is finally home and I will have to kick him to the shower to get cleaned and ready to go to the movie with us. Moving around a lot has been hard on Jay and he usually gets a good friend just before we have to move so the fact that he already has this great friendship in the first 6 months is nice to see and he is happy.

Jay on the end with the elf hat (look how happy he is!) and Matthew beside him in the green shirt...the boys just finished their last school Christmas concert before entering Junior High next year!

Thank you so very very much Anna for the much needed help with something very frustrating that was happening yesterday with one of my ppp opps ($65) that kept being rejected anyway with Anna's great suggestion I looked into the possible problem and corrected it right away (was not in my post) then re-submitted my post to ppp. Just a few minutes ago it was APPROVED :0)

***NEIGHBORS

Today was the first time that I got to talk to our next door neighbors...they were outside a little while ago cleaning up their yard after the storm, so we went out to talk to them about the trampoline incident and the broken fence. They were surprised by the trampoline blowing into their yard...they didn't even know it blew over the fence. They helped us put the fence back together and hopefully with any luck it will be fine until the spring. I got to know a little bit about them, the people around here in Cape Breton are so friendly...it's a great place to live...but I do miss my best friend Kim from back home... :0)

I have been so busy here that I haven't been able to keep up with all my blogging fun. I have been visiting all your sites but I haven't been leaving many comments, I apologize but I am visiting :0)

I have received a Bloggers With Integrity Award from both Tammy from Mom Knows Everything and Misty from My dogs Keep Me Sane. And Anne from My Virtual Journal - what a sweet heart- gave me a Halloween treat. Thank you so much! Times like this reminds me of why I really enjoy blogging. Great friends like you!

***WELCOMING A NEW FRIEND

I have just recently added Ana from Filipina Isle to my list of blogging friends. I came across her blog the other day through PPP on the "blog of the day". She loves to blog and enjoys meeting and making new friends. I enjoyed my time over at her blog and it's always nice to have another friend to add to my circle in the blogging community.

***ALL IS WELL

I had mentioned in an early post about my son and his friends and not sure if they were avoiding him or what not...well I talked to him and mentioned to him that they were over at the ball field and he headed over. It was the kids versus parents from his friend's church. He was invited to join the team and later was invited up with his friends for hamburgers and hot dogs...Looks like I just over reacted and everything here is fine. I just had to see my kids hurt so I try to shelter them from possible problems. I just need to let things be...
