WHAT'S IN MY PURSE MEME

I was tagged by Tammy to do this meme to see what kind of great stuff I have in my purse, unfortunately it is pretty empty so you won't find anything exciting...here is goes!

Here are the rules.

Find a safe quiet place free of significant others, nosey meme makers, priests, nuns, all things religious and men in general. (If you're a guy just reverse this process to male and tell us about your wallet, tool box, briefcase or metro sexual accessory.)

1.. Dump the contents of your handbag in a pile

2. Take a photo of your handbag and the contents

3. Be brave and 'splain to your fellow bloggers what lurks inside the handbag.

4. Tag others who might want to embarrass themselves

5. Answer these questions:

-Describe the contents of your handbag.
Well like I already said there isn't much in my purse...just my organizer calender, lip balm, old movie stubs, my very old wallet from 13 years ago, a pencil, hair elastic, crystal light package and that is it. I usually have my cell phone in there but I just took it out so that my hubby could use it.

-What's the most important thing in your handbag?
My organizer calender...how else would I keep track of all my kids dancing, bowling, basketball etc.... and hopefully soon my own work schedual!

-What's the most embarrassing thing in your handbag?
I don't have anything embarrassing in my purse...sorry!

-What's the smallest thing in your handbag?
I would have to say the hair elastic

-Is there anything illegal in your handbag?
Nope!

THE BOYS FIRST DAY OF DANCE CLASSES!

The boys were so excited this morning to finally start their dance classes. Blake was up at 7:00am and ready to go, but unfortunately he still had a couple of hours to wait so I slowly got him dressed, he ate breakfast, packed his shoes in his bag and I can't forget about the gel in his hair (he wasn't leaving until that was done!) Kohl danced last year so he already knew what to expect but nevertheless he was still excited because this year he went back into tap class and is also taking jazz, ballet and hip hop. Both boys had a great time and can't wait to go back next Saturday!

A diamond is forever

There is the old saying that "Diamonds are a girl's best friend. There is nothing quite as beautiful when it comes to jewelry as a well cut diamond. I know one of a girls most anticipated moments of her life is the day that she will recieve her engagement ring from that special someone. Some girls think they would like to go shopping for Engagement Rings but others would like the surprise of the proposal, it's hard to be surprised if you went shopping for rings. You can actually find great deals for diamonds on-line, companies like bluenile are certified diamond dealers which means you can trust them for quality and because they are an on-line company they can offer savings of 20-40% over traditional retail stores. They currently boast a selection of over 60,000 certified diamonds for you to choose from to ensure your ring is perfectly created for you. Their Jewelry is second to none in quality, fit and beauty and offer a wide assortment of jewelry from bracelets, necklaces, wedding bands, ear rings and more. They allow you to custom build the ring of your dreams and are proud to have been apart of over 150,000 proposals to date.

JOB HUNTING...

Today I set out looking for a job. I guess I have stayed home long enough and it is now time to get back out there, now the only problem will be finding a shift that will work without needing a sitter for the kids. Wish me luck on that one!!!!!
I applied at the local grocery store just before we left for our summer vacation and they still aren't hiring for the evening shift so this morning I dropped off my resume at the call center in the same mall where my husband works. While dropping off my resume I ended up going through some testing and I passed with flying colors which landed me an interview Monday at 10:30am. Right now the only position open is a temporary position which starts in October but from there she said can and probably work into a part time or even full time positions! This all sounds great but again I need to know how the shift will work before I can commit to anything. I guess I will know all that on Monday! Fingers crossed!!!!!!

ANTI BULLYING DAY!

Today is the day that the schools are showing their support in bullying so all the students, girls and boys can show their support by wearing pink shirts to school. We went out last night and found the two boys a pink t - shirt and believe it or not they both seemed somewhat excited about wearing them! I am so proud of them for taking a stand and showing their support!

Spa Accessories

The internet is such a fantastic tool when it comes to making big purchases. You can access so much information without ever leaving the comfort of your home. We were recently looking for spa supplies for our spa and were able to find a variety of products that would help us fix up our outdoor spa. We really need a spa cover to replace ours as it has seen better days and it is beginning to get a little cooler outside so we wanted to upgrade to a better quality cover that would stand up to the harsh climate we get here. One important feature we were looking for was to add a spa cover lifter to make it easier to get the cover on and off for us in the evenings after the kids go to sleep. If you are thinking about getting a spa for your home there are a lot of things to consider before making the investment. You definetly want to take your time and do your research to be sure you get exactly what you need for your area and conditions to make sure you get the most enjoyment possible for your money. Finding experts like The Cover Guy is important because you really want to know you have support from people that have been in the business. They guarantee a perfect fit for your cover and that you will get the best price available. They will give you instruction on how to measure your spa to ensure your new cover will fit, no matter what shape your original spa is they can make the cover to fit. They also provide fast shipping in-stock covers ship within 7 days and custom orders will ship in 3 - 5weeks depending on the seasonal business. Having a spa can sure be very enjoyable if you have the accessories you need and some great people to enjoy it with you.

FAMILY

This Morning I got this really touching email from my aunt about family and I thought it would be nice to pass this along to all of you!
F A M I L Y

I ran into a stranger as he passed by,
'Oh excuse me please' was my reply.
He said, 'Please excuse me too;
I wasn't watching for you.'
We were very polite, this stranger and I.
We went on our way and we said goodbye.
But at home a different story is told,
How we treat our loved ones, young and old.
Later that day, cooking the evening meal,
My son stood beside me very still.
When I turned, I nearly knocked him down.
'Move out of the way,' I said with a frown.
He walked away, his little heart broken.
I didn't realize how harshly I'd spoken.
While I lay awake in bed,
God's still small voice came to me and said,
'While dealing with a stranger, common courtesy you use,
but the family you love, you seem to abuse.
Go and look on the kitchen floor,
You'll find some flowers there by the door.
Those are the flowers he brought for you.
He picked them himself: pink, yellow and blue.
He stood very quietly not to spoil the surprise,
you never saw the tears that filled his little
By this time, I felt very small,
And now my tears began to fall.
I quietly went and knelt by his bed;
'Wake up, little one, wake up,' I said.
'Are these the flowers you picked for me?
' He smiled, 'I found 'em, out by the tree.
I picked 'em because they're pretty like you.
I knew you'd like 'em, especially the blue.
' I said, 'Son, I'm very sorry for the way I acted today;
I shouldn't have yelled at you that way.
' He said, 'Oh, Mom, that's okay.
I love you anyway.' I said,
'Son, I love you too,
and I do like the flowers, especially the blue.

FAMILY Are you aware that if we died tomorrow, the company that we are working for could easily replace us in a matter of days. But the family we left behind will feel the loss for the rest of their lives. And come to think of it, we pour ourselves more into work than into our own family, an unwise investment indeed, don't you think? So what is behind the story?

Do you know what the word FAMILY means?
FAMILY = (F)ATHER (A)ND (M)OTHER (I) (L)OVE (Y)OU

BACK 2 SCHOOL

It's back to routine around here as 3 of my 4 kiddos headed off to school. Jay started his first year in Junior high, Trinity in Grade 3 and Kohl moved on to grade 1. I think the kids were happy to be going back to school this morning but this was the one and only morning all summer that they wanted to sleep in. Maybe next summer they will catch on to that concept at the beginning of their summer vacation LOL.

SUMMER IS ALMOST OVER....

One of the signs around here that summer is almost over is when the pool gets emptied and put away. Monday the kids had their last swim in the pool. They had a great time splashing around as the water was being drained out. Now for the fun (not) part, getting the pool dried out and put away. I just need it to stop raining here long enough to dry out.
What a great summer we had ( not weather wise), it's just too bad it went by so fast.

Right now she is looking at doing 9 dances for competition and the recital at the end of may. The boys are taking tap, jazz and ballet and Kohl will also be going back to hip hop. Cell Phone Tracker

With the popularity of cell phones in today's environment it is becoming increasing hard to track incoming calls to your phone. In the chance you miss a call or are perhaps getting prank calls there are so many reasons why you might want to do aReverse Mobile Phone Lookup to find the owner of the number on your phone. The reasons to want a reverse mobile phone lookup service are unlimited there are so many reasons to use this information.

A treat for Breigh

We have been working with our puppy with training, now we have read that if you keep here in one area and give her treats for doing her business outside we should see better results. Now knock on wood we made it through the whole day and no accidents on my floor. I am hoping for many more days like this to come.

Name that number

Now you have the power to track down those numbers that show up on your phone, this has happened to everyone at some point in their life. You know you miss a call from someone you don't recognize the number you can use the Phone Number Lookup service to get all the information on that number. Have you ever had a prank or harrassing call happen to you now you can get the last laugh by tracking that number, this even works on cell phones too so they can't hide from you. There are so many uses for this service and it is quick and easy to use.

Van Clean up

We have been putting it off forever but today we finally broke down and took the steam cleaner to the interior of the van. With 4 kids in and out and the dirty winter and spring the poor carpet was awful. It took about 4 hours to get it all done but what a differance it makes to the look of the van, I feel like I'm sitting in a new van again.

Search court records

With the growth of the Internet it is becoming easier and easier to search information you need. You can now access the Criminal Court Records of any individual as they are public information. Think to be able to quickly and easily access arrest, police records, effectively doing a background check on anyone. You can also search bankruptcy and many more reports quickly and easily. With this information you can protect yourself and your business from potential unwanted behaviors and people that previously might have slipped through the cracks.
