Well I am here to tell you that if you are in St. Augustine, Florida visiting or you live there that during the last Saturday in October, which is October 27th and November which is November 24th, Uptown Saturday Night creates a festive atmosphere filled with hospitality and special deals. Planning on doing some St. Augustine shopping, this event has focus on incredible antique shopping opportunities in the Nation;s oldest city with the chance to shop for great antiques, authentic Spanish treasure and rare books. Workshops covering antique related topics, art galleries that feature exhibit openings of some of the finest Artists in Florida and book signing by local Authors and readings will be put on at book stores.
There is so much more to see and so during this great end of the month event. Just a short walk away along the oldest street in America you will find additional antiques along with Ripley's Museum and the Mission of Nombre de Dios will be open during this time. Take the time to experience one of the featured events happening. It's an evening of great celebration and ceremony as the Class of 2007 World Golf Hall of Fame is inducted. The induction ceremony is open and free to the public but with limited space available.
