More Renovation Projects
Last summer as part of our renovation projects we turned our attached garage into a new master bedroom. One of the biggest parts of this renovation was taking out the garage door and getting the hole framed in. We didn't mind doing the interior finishing work at all, the insulating and drywall but the framing, windows and siding was definetly something to be left to the experts. Being new to the area it was hard for us to decide who to get to do the work but with renovation projects the best idea is to talk to people around your community to find someone that has a good reputation. 110The internet is also a good resource to find contractors in your area, just do a search on what you want for example if you are in Dallas and looking for siding do a search on Dallas Siding. After narrowing down your search definetly get the contractors to come into your home and talk about the project, your expectations, what you want and find out how long the project will take and cost. Once you have all the information for your project select the contractor you think will do the best job and set a date for your work. Doing your homework first will save you a lot of time and headache in the long run.
